I sat on the boat tonight at Jumeirah beach to watch the firework display at the opening of the Burj Dubai, now renamed the Burj Khalifa. The fireworks had been placed all over the building so as they went off the Burj looked like a giant blinding Christmas tree.
The Burj is the tallest building in the world, at 828m high, it's insanely high!! I won't be visiting anytime soon!
