HEAVY DUTY

I'd really been looking forward to the new a/w 2010 Topshop 'Heavy Duty' make-up collection and was rather delighted when it arrived in store the other week. I would ignore the eyeshadow duos and dive right into the Kohl dust for smudgy smoky eyes and Lipgloss in 'Volt' - a sticky burgundy gloss.
