I WENT TO SYRIA ON WEDNESDAY FOR A FEW DAYS TO VISIT RELATIVES AND SEE MY DAD'S VILLAGE IN THE MOUNTAINS. WE THEN MOVED ON TO DAMASCUS - A TRULY INCREDIBLE CITY FULL OF BEAUTIFUL BUILDINGS, MOSQUES AND SHOPS FULL OF PRETTY SYRIAN JEWELERY.
